From conception through to completion, Falcon Homes offers clients a complete service.
FALCON HOMES regards the promotion of health, safety and welfare as a key business driver and an integral part of the company’s business goals and have therefore allocated adequate resources to support the objectives of this policy.

Committed to Health and Safety

The company acknowledges the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, and understands its legal obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and any other related health and safety legislation.
In response to its legal obligations FALCON HOMES has structured its policy arrangements to ensure that high standards in health and safety are achieved whilst complying with all relevant statutes and standards. (See the H&S Policy)

To manage and comply with Health and Safety legislation we have a dedicated member of staff to enable our on-site staff to have up to date information and to receive relevant training for specific tasks.

To meet this commitment, the company has a documented Quality Management System, which requires quality objectives to be set and performances measured, in order to maintain and continually improve its effectiveness.

  • We endeavour to minimise the environmental impact of our business Activities and to influence those we work with to bring about positive environmental benefit at both a local and a global level.
  • We are registered with the Environment Agency to carry waste – certificate number: 038199.

Environmental Policy

Falcon Homes Environmental Policy Statement.
FALCON HOMES is committed to the protection of the environment and promotion of sustainable development. We endeavour to minimise the environmental impact of our business Activities and to influence those we work with to bring about positive environmental benefit at both a local and a global level.
Ensuring that the Company meets the commitments in this Environmental Policy Statement is the responsibility of the Director.

As an organisation we will:

  • Endeavour to prevent pollution, reduce waste,
    encourage recycling, reduce energy consumption,
    reduce noise pollution and reduce the use of non-
    renewables through our business decisions and
    consulting activity.
  • Monitor and examine our environmental performance
    and implement continuous improvement.
  • Meet the requirements of all relevant environmental
    legislation
  • Develop annually an environmental Action Plan as a tool to implement our policy objectives.
    Within the organisation we will:
  • Provide training and encouragement to our employees and to develop environmentally responsible behaviour and awareness.
  • Utilise our Environmental Action Plan to control and seek to reduce the environmental impact of our offices, internal resources and business activities.

As a Company of Contractors we will:

  • Seek to develop a holistic approach to environmental issues within the construction industry by working with, and influencing our clients, partners, suppliers and contractors.
  • Utilise strategies in our Environmental Action Plan to reduce the environmental impact of construction and maintenance projects with regards to our consultations in design, engineering and strategic advice.
  • Try to minimize waste of materials, energy and water supplies.
  • Dispose of any waste in a responsible way.
  • Clear waste at the end of each day from working areas.
  • Present an environmentally acceptable image
  • Comply with legislation and regulations also maintaining good practice.

Ensure all staff and suppliers are aware of our policy. All staff and sub-contractors are responsible for the implementation of this policy both by the way they carry out their day to day activities and by the way they reach design solutions.
